Those who have chosen to live in our Community enjoy many advantages.  Autumn Oaks is readily accessible to many beautiful locations and a variety of activities including easy access to water as we are only a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico.  We enjoy the advantages of accessing water with only a few minutes’ drive to Gulf activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and manatee watching.

 

Autumn Oaks owners easily access downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg city activities such as museums, parks, great shopping, both the Tampa and the St. Pete Airports, festivals, concerts, the Clearwater Boardwalk, beaches, and much more generally within an hour’s drive via the Suncoast Parkway, only 4 miles from our entrance.  By purchasing a Sunpass we also avoid the continuous tollbooth stops. Local traffic is minimal since we are just outside the very busy vacation and business environs of metropolitan Tampa and St. Petersburg.

We enjoy easy access to Orlando and all its activities including the theme parks of Disney World, Sea World, and Legoland.  They are only a couple of hours drive away.  One can also use the Amtrak Auto Train leaving Orlando for parts as far north as Baltimore and south to Miami. 

 

Autumn Oaks homeowners have larger lots thus our homes are never squeezed together like many other Florida deed-restricted communities.  Property owners enjoy a sense of privacy.
