Autumn Oaks is a small residential community of 266 luxury privately owned properties. Our shared values are our respect for privacy while maintaining nature’s beauty. Our common goal is to protect, enhance, and maintain the attractiveness and desirability of our properties.
Those who have chosen to live in our Community enjoy many advantages. Autumn Oaks is readily accessible to many beautiful locations and a variety of activities including easy access to water as we are only a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy the advantages of accessing water with only a few minutes’ drive to Gulf activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and manatee watching.
Autumn Oaks owners easily access downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg city activities such as museums, parks, great shopping, both the Tampa and the St. Pete Airports, festivals, concerts, the Clearwater Boardwalk, beaches, and much more generally within an hour’s drive via the Suncoast Parkway, only 4 miles from our entrance. By purchasing a Sunpass we also avoid the continuous tollbooth stops. Local traffic is minimal since we are just outside the very busy vacation and business environs of metropolitan Tampa and St. Petersburg.
We enjoy easy access to Orlando and all its activities including the theme parks of Disney World, Sea World, and Legoland. They are only a couple of hours drive away. One can also use the Amtrak Auto Train leaving Orlando for parts as far north as Baltimore and south to Miami.
Autumn Oaks homeowners have larger lots thus our homes are never squeezed together like many other Florida deed-restricted communities. Property owners enjoy a sense of privacy.
Autumn Oaks homeowners take pride in our appearance yet are very individualistic in nature thus the Autumn Oaks Community is not only lovely and well maintained but also offers an interestingly varied environment. There exists a strong sense of community and neighborliness creating a desirable living environment.

Announcements
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Autumn Oaks needs 3 volunteers to form a Compliance Committee for our neighborhood.
Duties include bi-monthly drive around inspections of the neighborhood as well as reacting to complaints as they arise.
After each drive around inspection, correction letters are sent - both first class mail and registered mail - to each property that is in violation of the statutes and/or deed restrictions.
The letters will provide information for contacting the Compliance Committee to inform the committee if the violations have been resolved and/or if there are extenuating circumstances and will set a date for a hearing with the homeowner in question.
If the violations have not been resolved, there must be a hearing with the property owner or occupant. After the hearing a letter is sent informing the homeowner or occupant of the results of the hearing and if necessary the details of the fine.
The Compliance Committee must be well versed in Florida & HOA statutes, AO’s governing documents, as well as willing to face the homeowners/occupants at a hearing if violations are not corrected prior.
Compliance Committee members act independently from the HOA board, but report progress to the board at monthly meetings.
